Dan
Brown's novel, The Da Vinci Code
sold more copies than any other in 2005. Using the art of Da
Vinci as a main plot device, Brown proposes a radical revision of the
history of Christianity. How have historians and Biblical Scholars
responded?
Dr. Micheal
Palmer, who has taught Biblical Studies and Early Christianity
at
Southern Seminary, Bluefield College, North Carolina State University,
and Meredith College, has allowed us to reproduce a portion of
his response
to
The Da Vinci Code, along with a list of selected readings by
other scholars who have addressed Dan Browns claims about Early
Christianity.
